###How do I place an order?

Steps to place an order:

1. Complete adding items to your shopping cart.

2. You can choose to pay through our website or through PayPal.

- If you wish to proceed to checkout through our website, click on the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.

- If you wish to proceed through PayPal, click on the PayPal button.

3. You will be directed to our customer information page. You will need to enter the following information:

- Email address

- Name

- Address

4. If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Please make sure to click on the "Apply" button so that the discount can be calculated and applied to your order.

5. Continue by clicking on the "Continue to Shipping Method" button. Please make sure that you have entered your shipping address correctly (if different from your billing address). Once you are done, click on "Continue to Payment Method".

6. You will need to enter your payment information. If desired, you can choose to have the same shipping and billing information.

7. Once you have completed the form, click on the "Complete Order" button. You will be directed to a screen showing a summary of your order and an order confirmation, and you will also receive a confirmation email.

### What should I do if I received an order with missing items or the wrong product?

If there are missing or wrong items delivered, please contact us at support@globmora.com. Please include your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with evidence (image file size should be less than 1 MB). We will be happy to resend the correct item to you free of charge and will not ask you to return the item that was sent to you in error! You can keep it as a gift from us.

### I want to change the items I ordered. How do I do this?
