Shipping conditions
If you shop online at www.treasure.com, you have 14 days to return your order. Please let us know in advance that you wish to return the goods. The right to return starts from the day you receive the goods. Some items are not subject to this right; this will be noted during the ordering process.
If the deadline is a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline shall be extended to the following Monday. If multiple items are ordered in one order but delivered separately, or an item is delivered in batches, the deadline shall start from the receipt of the last item.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly packaged. You are responsible for the parcel until we receive it. Therefore, please keep the postal receipt and tracking number. Please return goods unused and in the same condition as you received them. We reserve the right to reject products if the packaging is damaged or cannot be resold for any other reason. All original packaging, price tags, etc. must be returned with the product without any tampering.
To exercise your right to return, you must provide a clear statement by email within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returns
If you return an item, we will refund the purchase price. If you want to exchange it for a different item or color, you can place a new order in our online shop. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for other products. We will refund the returned item and you will have to place a new order on your own. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you received a discount on your first order, we will make sure you get the same discount on the "correct" item - you just need to contact support@globmora.com
and we will find a suitable solution.
When returning an item, please place it in its original packaging with all tags and everything. The packaging must be intact, so if you want to wrap the box with tape or something similar, please be careful.
Shop with care
Returns have an impact on both the environment and the economy. We use extra packaging and our emissions increase. That's why we encourage you to shop with care. We should only order items that we are likely to keep. On all our products, you can find dimensions and other useful product information. Please use this information when shopping so that we can avoid unnecessary returns.
If you shop carefully and do not return any items, we will give you a $15 discount on your next purchase. If your order is not registered for return, you will automatically receive the coupon directly in your inbox. Thank you for your interest.
Your purchase receipt and return form:
You must attach a copy of your order confirmation or other proof of purchase. It will also be easier if you attach a completed return form.
If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer must bear the shipping costs. The specific costs depend on the courier you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
After successfully placing an order, the consumer has the right to cancel the order within seven days. This reservation is intended to give the consumer sufficient time to consider factors such as impulse purchases, changes in information, etc. The consumer can cancel the order by clicking the "Cancel" button through the order management system. The system will give you feedback in a timely manner. After the order is completed, the consumer has the right to negotiate the cancellation with the retailer.
